This may cause glitches in some of the levels, however. =>Infinite Air/Health: On the introductory screen for a new level, when the level's name and password are displayed, hold <A>. Keep holding <A> and when the screen fades away, hold <START> as well. The level will begin paused without any music, and you will be invulnerable. =>Music Toggle: Pause the game and press <A> to turn the music on or off. =>Infinite Air & Special Sonar: Enter the password |SHARKFIN| and you'll begin the game in the Lagoon with an infinite air supply and all dolphins rescued, giving you the special sonar of death. =>Infinite Air: Enter the password |LIFEFISH| to begin the game with an infinite air supply. =>Debug Mode: Turn Ecco and pause the game when he is facing the screen (in between turning from left to right). Press R <B> <C> <B> <C> D <C> U and you'll enter the Debug menu. Here, you can warp to any level, access the sound test, toggle invulnerability, and warp to any location in the current level.
